Beginning as a humble vendor at the San Diego Swap Meet in the early 1990's, Game Empire has developed a loyal following for their extensive knowledge of game rules and merchandise.

Our biggest success has been catering to the serious hobby customer's interest in a variety of strategy wargames, for which we provide custom built model terrain pieces and miniature painting tips. In addition, trading card game players appreciate our collection of single cards.

In 2002, we re-located our business to a larger location in the more residential area of Clairemont, in Central San Diego. Since our start up, we have continued to hold some of the largest gaming tournaments in San Diego and offer some of the most knowledge staff and top equipment for your needs.

Pair-A-Dice Games (Vista)

Pair A Dice Games is North County San Diego’s premier retailer of fine games and puzzles. We bring the best games from around the world to Vista, California.

Here you will find traditional games like Chess and Backgammon, as well as visionary games like Warhammer 40K, Magic: The Gathering, and Dungeons & Dragons. We carry imported board games and puzzles too.

On-Board Gaming (Escondido)

Started in February of 2020, On-Board Gaming seeks to bring together the table-top communities of Escondido, CA and the surrounding areas.

Located at 316 West Mission Ave in Escondido, we provide for a wide variety of game types including:

  • CCGs such as Magic: The Gathering, Digimon, and Pokemon.

  • Miniature Games like Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar

  • RPGs like D&D and Pathfinder
